More Than Worth It! My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of dining with Ross over the weekend, and it was a culinary experience unlike any other. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Booking was easy, and we loved that we could choose the type of cuisine, which was Asian in our case, and turned out to be an incredible choice! Ross sent us the full six-course menu in advance to confirm we were comfortable with all the main ingredients. When he arrived, he came fully prepared with his own cookware, plates, and even table linens. All we had to do was open the door! While he got to work in the kitchen, we took our dogs for a walk and continued hosting our guests stress-free. Each course was timed perfectly, served at the ideal temperature, and plated beautifully—it truly felt like dining in a five-star restaurant, but in the comfort of our own home. Ross acted as both chef and server, allowing us to fully relax and savor the experience. His positive energy and clear passion for food elevated the entire evening. He thoughtfully explained each course, highlighting how the flavors complemented and built upon one another. What really stood out was how attentive Ross was: he consistently checked in to ensure the timing and flavors met our expectations and was more than willing to make adjustments if needed. It’s clear he has found his calling. We will definitely be booking with him again and even gifting this experience to others! If you’re considering booking him—do it! You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner with Ross! He prepared the Trio Dip, Bacon Honey Glazed Carrots, and Elk Steak for us with Tiramisu for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious and it all around was such a unique and elegant experience. We will definitely be booking again and can’t recommend Fork and Flame Chef Co enough!

So glad to have found Chef Ross for a very special birthday dinner. He was able to curate a menu that was made to completely accommodate for my wife’s unique dietary restrictions. I appreciate Ross and Abby for their patience, understanding, and willingness to provide a fine dining experience for someone that doesn’t necessarily have the privilege of eating most food items at a restaurant. I just had a meal with my fiancée and 2 of our friends. Holy moley! This was one of the best dining experiences I've had- in my own home! Ross prepared, cooked, served, and did the dishes. We were able to hang out in the living room beforehand. The meals were absolutely delicious. This was excellent!

Ross ROCKS! We hired Ross to create dinner for my wife and 4 friends. We selected the Italian dinner and Ross blew us away. Not only did he show up with basically an entire kitchen, but he created an amazing, massively flavorful meal. The mushroom risotto had more flavor than any other I've had before. The tapinade, ricotta whip and brushetta were incredible and the alfredo was spectacular. Not only that, but Ross is a super friendly and interesting guy with a very diverse background (not just cooking, but construction and a few others). He's a lot of fun to chat with as he's cooking as well! Already working on another date and cuisine! Sadly, we were too excited to eat to take any pictures, sorry!

I gotta tell you, Ross provided a top notch culinary experience! My girlfriend and I loved the food, the jokes, and conversation. We went with the Asian themed meal and it was phenomenal. This was a unique experience where I was able to do errands and yard work with my girlfriend, while Ross crushed it in the kitchen. Changed clothes and by the time we finished our meals, Ross had the kitchen wrapped up and cleaned. I would highly recommend his services for people that want a great experience!
