Culinary Artistry as Community Healing
Fork & Flame Chef Co. is a Frequency Node for the Wisconsin community, led by husband-and-wife duo Ross and Abbey Schultz. We believe every meal is a holographic medium—an infusion of intent, joy, and restorative connection.
Chef Ross attended Fox Valley Technical College for technical training, and worked over a decade in Fox Cities restaurants mostly as a chef, but his experience includes the heartwarming service aspect of FOH: serving, bartending, and managing as well. He worked in catering at Oshkosh Convention Center and was part of a team that cooked for the Green Bay Packers and executives. His favorite food is a reeeeal thick ricotta lasagna. Outside of the kitchen, you’ll find him playing with the family dog - Mona Lisa, jamming on his guitar, or …. to be honest he’ll be in the kitchen spoiling his family with delicious goodies.
Chef Abbey is our sous chef, working hand in hand in the kitchen with Chef Ross, as well as handling the visual side of things. She grew up cooking and canning with her mom, and continued to learn cooking beside Chef Ross for the past decade. Everyone agrees, her jokes are much funnier than his. Her favorite food is authentic chicken or pork taquitos. Outside of the kitchen, she enjoys crocheting, taking care of her plants, crafting herbal remedies and tea blends, and playing with all of our animals.
We opened our doors early in 2025, serving just over 300 guests in our first year, with the majority of those groups being 8-12 person parties. We crafted our own niche in the Fox Cities with our intimate dining events and exclusive homestyle menus.
The Alchemy of the Plate
We don't just "source" ingredients; we select partners who share our resonance. From the heritage cuts at Jacob’s Meat Market (est. 1945), wild game cuts from Apple Creek Elk Farm, and artisanal bulk cheeses from Simon’s Specialty Cheese to fresh produce from our family’s garden, our food is a physical anchor for local abundance. We are "Yes" chefs—your specific preferences and dietary needs are not "modifications" to us; they are the blueprint for your bespoke experience.
Stored Energy
When you book an evening with us, your investment becomes Stored Energy. We are purposefully scaling this business to stabilize the community we love—transforming revenue into local real estate assets to provide stable housing and creating meaningful jobs right here in Wisconsin. Our mission eventually extends globally, funding "Service to Others" work. We aren't just feeding guests; we are fueling a legacy of abundance.
